Communication Capstone Project

"Category Five Woman Moment": A Critical Meta-Analysis of the Treatment of Female Characters in Stranger Things Media Storytelling & Accompany Scene Analysis

My communication capstone project is a comprehensive critical analysis paper and accompanying edited scene analysis detailing and comparing misogynistic treatment of female characters across various seasons of the television show, Stranger Things. I worked on this during the course of the last semester of my Master’s Degree in Communications. Tasks included researching for the paper, alongside filming, cutting, and editing together footage for the accompanying presentation. I also created and edited an entire title sequence for the accompanying presentation utilizing the title card as a reference.
